We provide a 401(k) plan that includes a company match on contributions. Our 401k packages will help you meet your retirement goals in the long run. You will automatically be enrolled in our 401(k) program at 3% of your pay on a pretax basis unless you elect otherwise. You can contribute up to 30% of eligible pay on a pretax basis, up to annual IRS dollar limit. T-Force will match contributions equal to 20% up to 3% of your eligible salary. Matching contributions are 100% vested after 5 years of service, vesting at 20% per year.

Company Vehicle

For Employees who are on project assignments, T-Force offers access to its corporate fleet of cars. We allow our employees to lease these cars at significantly discounted rates. T-Force will cover insurance and maintenance at no cost.

Life Insurance

T-Force provides financial protection for your family or other beneficiaries if you die while employed by the company. T-Force pays for basic term life insurance and accidental death insurance for you and your dependents. You may purchase additional supplemental term life and accidental death insurance for you and your dependents.
